Sandeep Eikos
Registered Physiotherapist
Sandeep has a Masters degree in Physiotherapy from NITTE Institute of Physiotherapy Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science. He worked as a physiotherapist in India for three years before moving to Canada in 2011.
Since moving to Canada, Sandeep has been working in Home Health Care with all age groups carrying out dynamic, safe and therapeutic exercises for individuals or a group of residents. He has assisted individuals and groups with cognitive, perceptual, exercise and physical programs. He aims to improve the patients quality of life by improving their function and promoting active participation in their recovery and management of their own conditions.
Sandeep and his wife Mintu together have started Triune Physiotherapy. He looks forward to working with new patients and helping them to reduce pain, increase function and prevent injuries through one on one care and providing them with the home care knowledge to maintain optimal health.
Sandeep's personal interests include working out, cricket and spending time with family and friends.
Mintu Anie Mathew

Mintu Mathew completed her graduation and post graduation from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. She took training on pelvic health physiotherapy and contemporary acupuncture from Mc master university. She has experience in all the different areas of physiotherapy as she worked as Clinical therapist and Community therapist in Hamilton, Paediatric Physiotherapist In Fr.Muller Medical college and Cardio-respiratory therapist in KLE heart foundation.
She has been treating patients of all age groups for Pain management, Vertigo, concussion, Pre and post surgery, women’s health, different neurological condition and orthopedic conditions. Her aim is to improve her patient’s quality of life by providing them therapeutically designed treatment programs, which emphasizes on their active participation. She makes sure that her presence in the clinic makes it an efficient, trusted and happy place for all.
Soumya Chandra Babu

Welcome to my practice! I’m Soumya Chandra Babu, a registered physiotherapist with a passion for helping individuals reclaim their movement and vitality.
The Journey:
My journey into physiotherapy began with a fascination for the human body’s remarkable capacity for healing and adaptation. I earned a Master’s degree specializing in Neurological physiotherapy and a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from MG University, India, I also secured a Postgraduate certificate in Therapeutic Recreation from Fleming College, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Health Care Leadership from Lambton College, Canada. After earning my credentials, I embarked on a career dedicated to facilitating recovery and enhancing performance.
Specialization:
While my expertise spans a wide range of conditions and populations, my focus is on Neuromusculoskeletal injuries including post-surgical, geriatrics, neurological disorders, and sports-related injuries. Whether guiding individuals through rehabilitation after surgery, or helping desk-bound professionals overcome chronic pain, I am committed to delivering evidence-based care that yields lasting results.
Continued Learning:
I am dedicated to staying abreast of the latest advancements in physiotherapy and rehabilitation science through ongoing education and professional development. Presently, I am attending Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Specialist course. By continuously expanding my knowledge and skill set, I am better equipped to provide my patients with the highest standard of care.
Life Beyond Physiotherapy:
When I’m not in the clinic, I enjoy spending time with family, modelling for some brands, dancing and creating video content for Instagram. These experiences not only rejuvenate me but also inform my practice, reminding me of the importance of balance, joy, and connection.
Vijendra (VJ)
REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPIST
Vijendra (VJ) graduated from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in 2021. He also obtained a Health Wellness and Fitness Diploma from Mohawk College in 2014 and completed his bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy in India in 2010.
VJ has completed multiple certificate courses in manual mobilization for all joints in the body along with neuromuscular facilitation for special populations, so that he can provide his patients with the best possible care. He enjoys treating patients with musculoskeletal injuries and has a keen interest in sports related injuries and would like to be a sports massage therapist in the future.
VJ has experience working with various age groups. He worked as a physiotherapy assistant for over 3 years and has also worked as a group fitness instructor and wellness coach at the YMCA Hamilton.
Outside of work, J likes playing cricket with his friends. He also enjoys going on motorbike trips and used to go on long trips in India. He is now working on getting his motorcycle license in Canada. VJ is a sociable person who enjoys learning about different cultures so that he can provide better care to all of his patients.
Sarah Wilson
Registered Massage Therapist
Sarah earned her diploma for Registered Massage Therapy in 2005 and has been practicing ever since. In her 16 year carreer as an RMT, she has worked in a variety of different clinical settings with many different practitioners in the medical field. She has worked with a wide variety of patients and injuries, including sport injuries, motor vehicle accidents, and people suffering from stress and anxiety.
A few of the modalities Sarah uses in her treatments are Swedish massage, Trigger point therapy, hydrotherapy and deep tissue massage. She is also trained in prenatal and hotstone massage. When Sarah isn’t working you can generally find her covered in sawdust in her woodworking shop or spending time with her family.

I am a licensed Naturopathic Doctor. I completed my Naturopathic Degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM), Toronto. After twelve years of practicing licensed Dermatology in India, I chose to become a naturopathic doctor & it was an exciting decision of my career I thoroughly enjoy my practice integrating research-based natural medicine knowledge with mainstream medicine to provide the most comprehensive care possible to my clients. The approach of my treatment is a blend of clinical modalities which includes nutritional therapies, acupuncture and Asian medicine, botanical medicine, lifestyle counseling and homeopathy. I look forward to assisting patients at any stage in their journey towards well-being. Taking a collaborative approach, Dr. Sharma works with patients to design treatment plans that are perfectly suited to their individual needs and aspirations.
With extensive experience in treating across ages and conditions, from acute to chronic pain, Dr. Sharma offers a full spectrum of services: active care, soft-tissue therapy, IASTM, joint mobilization/adjustments, and acupuncture/dry-needling.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Dr. Sharma nurtures a passion for sports, both as an enthusiast and active participant, granting unique insights into athletic needs. On days off you can find Dr. Sharma biking along the waterfront or training in the gym.
Shilpa Nishanth

Shilpa Nishanth is a passionate individual who embarked on her journey to Canada in 2015. With a background in physiotherapy, she holds both a Bachelor's [College of Physiotherapy, Thalassery {Calicut University] and Master's degree [Co operative institute of health sciences. [Kannur University] in this field from her hometown in India. Shilpa's life took a new turn as she became a devoted mother to two wonderful kids. Alongside her family responsibilities, she nurtures a profound interest in helping people, travelling, and providing the best care for her children.
Shilpa's dedication to her family temporarily diverted her from pursuing her physiotherapy license in Canada. However, she has previously gained valuable experience working in various clinics and long-term care facilities across the country. Now, Shilpa is rekindling her career as a Physiotherapist Assistant and patient coordinator. Her aim is not only to assist patients on their journey to recovery but also to fulfill her long-cherished dream of becoming a registered Physiotherapist.

Babitha Johnson arrived in Canada in August 2023 with a strong medical background, having earned a Pharm D degree in India. Her prior experience working in the hospital sector in India has been invaluable, and she is currently pursuing a postgraduate program at Mohawk College. Her background in the medical field greatly enhances her ability to excel in her studies and carry out her responsibilities effectively. During her free time, Babitha indulges in her interests, such as reading books, listening to music, and traveling.
